Mr. Levicoff is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1977. He held the position of Note Editor on the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. He is a member of the Order of the Coif honorary law society for outstanding achievement. He was a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for highest achievement in commercial law.
For over 30 years, Mr. Levicoff has been extensively involved in the handling of general civil litigation and insurance and surety matters throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of West Virginia and has also handled cases in southern and eastern Ohio. His cases have included employment and discrimination, latent health, employer liability, property damage and construction defects, commercial tort and warranty cases, products liability, negligence, libel, employment, ERISA, banking and antitrust law.
Mr. Levicoff has been admitted to practice in Pennsylvania since 1977, and in West Virginia since 1988. He has tried scores of cases to verdict in most of the Common Pleas Courts in western Pennsylvania, and a dozen or more Circuit Courts throughout West Virginia and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He has argued in numerous appeals, some in high profile cases, before the Pennsylvania Supreme and Superior Courts and the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals. He is also a member of the Bar of the United States Courts of Appeals for the Third, Fourth and Sixth Circuits. He is also admitted to practice before all federal district courts in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
Mr. Levicoff has been involved in the litigation of major insurance coverage and fidelity and surety bond cases for such clients as Travelers Insurance Company, American States Insurance Company, The Hartford, Safeco Insurance Company, Aetna Casualty & Surety Company and Federal Insurance Company. In addition, Mr. Levicoff has lectured on subjects related to insurance coverage, "bad faith", director's and officer's liability insurance. He has acted as consulting counsel to major insurance carriers in connection with extra-contractual and "bad faith" exposures, as well as general liability, director's and officer's and fiduciary liability and fidelity insurance coverage issues.

Mr. Silko graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1986, after attending the Pennsylvania State University and St. Vincent College. He is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Silko has extensive experience in the handling of insurance coverage matters, including all aspects of insurance coverage analysis and litigation. Mr. Silko has been involved in all aspects of insurance bad faith law, including extensive experience in advising insurance clients in avoidance of bad faith claims, in good faith claims handling practices (with special emphasis in uninsured and underinsured motorist claims handling), and in defending all phases of insurance bad faith litigation. In addition Mr. Silko has more than 20 years experience in handling all phases of complex civil litigation matters, including commercial, products liability, professional liability, and personal injury matters. Mr. Silko has considerable experience in handling catastrophic injury claims involving large exposures to insurers and insureds, and has a long history of effectively and efficiently concluding difficult matters for his clients.
In addition, Mr. Silko has developed an active employment practice for both employers and employees, including litigation, negotiation of separation packages, and advice concerning statutory compliance.
Mr. Silko has achieved the highest rating (AV) from his peers through Martindale Hubbell. He is married and is the father of four children.

Ms. Deemer is a 1987 graduate of Ohio Northern University, J.D. (with distinction), where she was the Associate Editor of the Law Review and Chief Justice of the Moot Court. She was admitted to the Ohio Supreme Court in 1987; United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, 1988; United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, 1994. She was admitted to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania in 1990 and United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania in 2008. She has been a member of OACTA since 1989 and a member of the American Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association since 1987 and 1990, respectively.
Ms. Deemer has been engaged in general civil trial practice since 1987. For over 20 years, she has been involved in all aspects of litigation in State and Federal Courts in both Pennsylvania and Ohio. She has extensive trial experience in litigating personal injury liability cases of varying complexity, ranging from routine product liability claims to complex motor vehicle fatality accidents. A significant percentage of her practice involves representing trucking companies, both through their insurance carriers and directly as general counsel for such clients as Western Express, Inc.; Old Dominion Freight Line; Rocor; Covenant, and Celadon Trucking.
In addition, she has developed a specialty in the area of construction matters, including numerous surety legal issues arising under payment and performance bonds. She has been involved in the litigation of construction bond cases, and she has handled the arbitration of numerous claims before the American Arbitration Association. She is also an active member of the American Arbitration Association Construction Arbitration Panel. She routinely serves as an Arbitrator both individually and as a panel member.
